Samantha is the Associate Vice President (AVP), Advisory Enablement and Client Experience for ATB Wealth. Over the past 20 years, she has built her career and fostered trusted partnerships by enriching team member and client experiences within the fields of oil and gas, insurance, education and sales. She joined ATB in 2013, and has proudly led teams who specialize in corporate communications, client experience, performance coaching, practice management, brand and marketing, and event management. She also has a learning and development and journalism arts background. 

Samantha leads with a philosophy that being brilliant at listening, having a continuous pulse on industry progression, focusing on differentiated innovative solutions, and always having people’s best interests at heart, are key. She takes pride in the footprint she has already created within ATB and is excited to continue collectively leading our transformative movement as the AVP of Advisory Enablement and Client Experience. 

Within this role Samantha provides leadership to our integrated strategy to deliver a differentiated client experience, including the consistent delivery of ATB Wealth’s advisory journey and differentiated client experience model. She oversees the ongoing development of an integrated advisory enablement system that includes coaching offerings, learning programs, practice management, and events and sponsorships. 

Samantha has her Bachelor of Communications Studies and Instructional Design certification from the University of Calgary and a Journalism Arts Diploma from SAIT. Her education and background drive her love of the profession; in particular, working with people and discovering the things that motivate them. 

She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud dog mom. Samantha loves to embrace her creativity through floral design, interior decorating and dance instruction.
