In this tutorial, we review how Single EFT admin users, and those who have the entitlement to manage receivers, may see a Notice of Change (NOC) on the Receivers page.
An NOC is sent by another financial institution, alerting you that a receiver’s banking information has been changed, which requires you to update the receiver’s banking information. Users will need to review the NOC to see what information needs to be updated.
Here is a step-by-step process on how to find NOCs for Single EFT admin users and update the receiver’s banking information:
- Log into ATB Business.
- Click to open the Payments & Transfers menu in the main navigation, then select Single EFTs.
- To view an NOC, on the Single EFTs page, select the Receivers tab. Note: If there has been a NOC within the last 7 days, a bracketed number will display next to the Notice of Change heading.
- You can then view the original and updated receiver information.
- Click the desired NOC record to view the details. Updated information will show in red.
- To view NOCs sent prior to the 7 day default, enter a date range in the Date (from) and Date (to) fields, then click Apply.
- After viewing the NOC, you can update the receiver’s information by clicking the Edit to the right of desired recipient record under Manage Receivers.
- Update any new information as required and click Save.
- You’re all done!
