The cheque image file service is not available to all ATB Business clients. This service is available on ATB Business Web only, to clients who are enrolled in the service.

In this tutorial, we review how to access images of your cleared cheques using ATB Business. If you don’t have an ATB Business account, reach out to your ATB Relationship Manager or Primary Branch to get started.

Cleared cheques are cheques that you’ve issued and have been successfully deposited by a payee or vendor. Through ATB Business, you can download images of cleared cheques for your records.

Here is a step-by-step process on how to download cleared cheque images to your computer:

1. Log into ATB Business.
2. Once you’re logged in, click Accounts in the main navigation and select Cheque Image File Service from the menu.
3. On the Cheque Image File Service page, any cheque images available to download will be displayed under the Results heading.
   Note: ATB Business stores cleared cheque images for 7 years. Image files should be available within 5 business days of the month’s end.
4. To download a cheque image, click the Download button on the right of the desired record.
5. The cheque image file will download to your computer.
6. You’re all done!
