Getting solid, straightforward advice in a welcome and supportive setting has just gotten easier. Red Deer is now home to a new ATB Advisory Hub, providing customized services and helpful advice in a setting unlike any other in the province. 

Situated at ATB’s Capstone location, the Advisory Hub offers ATB clients advisory services, digital banking solutions and innovative spaces to support current and future community needs. 

“It’s similar to a concierge service in a five-star hotel,” says Sabrina Asher, Branch Manager, Red Deer Market. “Our Advisory Hub provides an enhanced client experience with a team of Everyday Retail, Business and Wealth experts to help you navigate your specific financial questions. Here at Capstone we're advisory first.”

Whether it’s advice, guidance or helping to resolve problems, the Advisory Hub offers virtual, self-serve and in-person experiences to meet every client’s unique needs. 

This could include helping clients: grow their savings, learn how to save to start a business or buy a home, to more complex conversations around their investment profile. 

Clients visiting the Advisory Hub are greeted by a client experience specialist (CES) to support them with accessing the services they need, whether it’s within the walls of the hub or through ATB’s online and virtual services. 

“We always want banking at ATB to feel very approachable,” adds Asher. “Building trust with our clients while being an active part of the community we serve means everything to us.” 

With an advisory-first approach, the Advisory Hub also offers day-to-day banking services, including an ABM which is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

The Red Deer Advisory Hub is located at #110, 4311 - 54 Avenue, and is open Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
