Calgary Folk Music Festival
Each year over 50,000 people make their way to Prince’s Island in Calgary to hear music from home and abroad. ATB has proudly been the presenting sponsor of the Calgary Folk Music Festival since 2018. Throughout the pandemic, we continued this partnership by fully paying our sponsorship fees and working with the Folk Fest team to provide alternative programming. We hope that our support of organizations like the Calgary Folk Fest allowed our partners to continue their important work supporting Alberta talent.
Throughout the year, ATB looks for ways to support Alberta’s vibrant music scene by partnering with Folk Fest on pop-up concerts, surprise and delight moments, and more.
Each February, we also bring a little warmth to the long, dark winter by supporting Folk Fest’s Block Heater Festival held at multiple venues around Calgary.

Edmonton Symphony Orchestra
ATB has supported many ESO programs over the years, including the ever popular Symphony in the Park, and Symphony Under the Stars. Far from a stuffy affair with tuxedos and ball gowns, the ESO has performances for all tastes and styles—from Beethoven to The Beatles.
National Music Centre
ATB has supported the National Music Centre since before the first brick was laid at their stunning Calgary facility. We’ve supported a number of programs throughout the years, but our focus has always been on celebrating the amazing musical talent coming out of our own backyard.
Stampede City Sessions
Stampede City Sessions performances showcase some of Alberta’s brightest musical stars, and also bring in performers from across the world. If you can’t make the live shows, you can check them out on PBS broadcasts, too!
Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival
Edmonton Fringe is the jewel in the crown of Edmonton’s busy festival summer, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to Old Strathcona. It is North America’s largest Fringe festival and ATB has proudly been the presenting sponsor since 2013.
Edmonton Comedy Festival
Sometimes, there’s nothing better than a good laugh! That’s why ATB has happily supported the Edmonton Comedy Festival for many years. The festival brings in world-famous comedians from across North America, and gives a great spotlight to some of Alberta’s funniest homegrown talent.
Grande Prairie Street Performers Festival
A highlight of the Grande Prairie summer, the Street Performers Festival has been wowing audiences for 20 years. ATB has been proud to support the festival for close to a decade. This family-friendly event has something for everyone and is a wonderful place to take the kids.
