Louis Martyres is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at ATB. He is responsible for building out ATB’s D&I strategy and embedding it into ATB's people programs and systems.
Louis has 15+ years of human resources experience and has worked at ATB since 2011, acquiring a wealth of institutional knowledge in a variety of roles. Despite wearing many hats over the years, Louis has always remained committed to advancing inclusion and creating a culture of belonging.
He is the Chair of ATB's Pride Network—a team member network (TMN) for LGBTQ2S+ team members and their allies. Louis has been involved in projects that have made a significant impact on ATB’s D&I journey. In 2018 he worked on a project team that embedded inclusion and allyship into ATB’s values. In 2020 he worked with an external consultant and conducted a thorough review of ATB’s people practices, programs and systems. The result of this work is the foundation for ATB’s D&I strategy.
